In 1962 Gil Henry, Sr. began his career in real estate working hard to educate himself and dedicate his time to the aid of his clients. A decision was made in 1974 to start a company now known as Gil Henry & Associates, Inc. In 1987 Gil Henry, Jr. joined the firm as Gil Henry & Associates, Inc. grew to become the largest supplier of commercial and industrial real estate in Lenawee County, today managing over 2.4 million sq.ft. of space in Southeast Michigan.

The residential real estate business has been consistently operated over the duration of time in a professional and client-oriented manner. Bradley Frederick entered the firm in 2003 after graduating from Central Michigan University, cum laude and presently is a broker heading up the residential real estate sale marketing.

Education and community involvement has always been the cornerstone of the company; to carry on and give back to the community will always be in effect without end.
